Who We Are Looking For

This role leads Korea’s product marketing initiatives by developing and executing localized product launch plans, promotional strategies, and marketing content. The position oversees sales performance analysis, inventory planning, and market research to support effective product positioning and sustainable business growth.

Working closely with cross-functional internal teams and U.S. headquarters, this role ensures product alignment, supports continuous quality improvement, and enhances overall product experience for customers and brand partners in the Korean market.

 

What You Will Do as a USANA Marketing Supervisor

Essential

  • Plan and execute product-related marketing and PR activities
  • Develop and manage product content across online and offline channels
  • Create product marketing plans, including promotion strategies and new product launch plan
  • Conduct product education and training programs
  • Analyze and monitor product sales performance
  • Manage inventory and develop product forecasting plans
  • Research and analyze the competitive market environment
  • Communicate in English with US headquarters to share product information, and support quality improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with sales, operation and customer service teams
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.

  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting sales data, market trends, and performance metrics

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to take ownership of projects and drive results

 

Background and Skills You Will Need  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nutrition and/or Food Science, health-related Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Nutrition or Life Science preferred.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Korean and English.
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in marketing. Experience in the direct selling industry is an advantage.
  • Experience in skin care products in a plus
  • Strong team player with a positive and proactive learning attitude.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to perform all essential job duties and responsibilities efficiently and independently, with or without direct supervision, without posing a safety risk to oneself or others
  • Strong teamwork, positive attitude, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently perform all essential job duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a direct safety threat to others or self
